"The New Mitch Ryder On-Line Forums" Rules

In an attempt to keep this site safe for everyone, there are a few rules here that we would like you to respect and keep in mind:

1. The Administrators of this forum reserve the right to delete ANY message which we deem counter productive. We also reserve the right to delete ANY message without notifying the "posting" member.

2. If Admin Activation is required all new members must change their generic password (sent with registration confirmation). Members will be "muted" (unable to post or reply) if password change is not completed in 5 days. Members who do not follow these steps will be banned or have membership deleted.

3. Friendly discussions are encouraged and debates are welcome.

4. Please use appropriate language and show respect for others.

5. No personal insults, flames, racist slurs, or prejudiced comments will be tolerated.

6. No commercial advertising or selling of any item is permitted. Swapping and or trading is allowed in the proper forum. Postings anywhere else will be deleted.

7. DO NOT post any sexually explicit material.

8. Your IP address will be tracked to deter abuse.

9. SPAM WILL NOT BE TOLERATED! Offenders will be banned and their ISP and email address provider will be notified of the abuse and our site log and screen shots of the abuse will also be forwarded to them.

10. Please keep your email address current. We utilize software which randomly sends email messages to check the validity of your provided email address. Invalid email addresses trigger automatic deletion of your membership.

11. While we recognize that Free Speech is a right; ALL OFFENDERS OF THIS POLICY WILL BE BANNED and not allowed to re-join or participate in any Avenger/forum sponsored activities.

12. This is a PUBLIC forum! Its managers are not responsible for the comments, criticisms or the bad judgement of anyone that chooses to participate in any discussion.


We suggest reading the "Announcement Board" before jumping into any discussion.

You must accept these rules and the forums' agreement in it's entirety in a sane and sober state of mind and body, with the understanding that accepting the rules/agreement applies to any future updated version(s) of the rules/agreement. Including versions of the rules/agreement that have been completely revised. You agree to keep informed of the most recent changes to the rules/agreement by regularly checking the "ANNOUNCEMENT BOARD". At any point that you disapprove of the rules/agreement in any way, updated version(s) or otherwise, you agree to discontinue use of this forum.
